Professional Development Plan Goals
Goals for 2010-2011:
1. Review the Mentor Teacher Internship Program.
2. Establish a plan/program for transitional/transfer staff.
3. Improve student achievement by utilizing research to improve instructional practice.
4. Create Response to Intervention (RtI) Plan.
5. Foster the development of the whole child by increasing staff knowledge of available resources and research regarding social and emotional development of children.
6. Increase staff and student use of available and appropriate technology.
