Welcome to Mrs. Tanner's Website!

I am Jessica Tanner, a special education teacher here at Alden high school. I would like to welcome you to my website and to our school. I find it rewarding to help students overcome difficulties in order to help them reach their individual maximum potential. I believe that the key factor to success in all aspects of life is effort. It is up to students to put in effort and utilize the support I offer.                                                             

Communication between school and home is important in helping your child be successful in school. I am availble almost everyday during advisement, so if a student ever needs extra assistance they are more then welcome to set up an appointment with me to stay.
