At Moog's new operations training center, supported by SIB Program Office funding, workers are reaching full effectiveness 50% faster, with significant reductions in scrap and rework. Students from Alden High School's Bulldog Manufacturing program are moving directly into skilled positions at Moog, creating a pipeline from classroom to production floor.
