New regulations for students entering certain grade levels
Under Section 2164 of the New York State Public Health Law, all students must have certain immunizations prior to their entrance to school. Under the same law, parents are required to provide written documentation from their child’s health care provider to the schools. All immunizations are listed on the following chart - see link below.
